Fee Structure
15 Classes, live or on-demand, with digital audio files and handout package files for each class (10 required classes, 5 elective classes) 104 Class Hours (may be higher depending on electives chosen) 1,281 Pages of Handouts (1,023 from required classes and approximately 258 from elective classes, depending on electives chosen)	Total class fees, depending on electives chosen: $2,448
23 Separate Sessions of Private Mentoring 60-90 minute one-on-one coaching/mentoring sessions for: Written Class Reviews for 15 classes (1 mentoring session for each of the 15 classes @$225 each) Case Studies: Eight case studies are required, submitted in four sets of two (4 mentoring sessions–one for each set of 2 case studies @$225 each) Recorded Practice Sessions: Four recorded and transcribed sessions are required, submitted one at a time (4 mentoring sessions–one for each set of four recorded sessions @$225 each). Instructor preparation for coaching and mentoring of the Recorded Practice Sessions: includes reading feedback forms from client and student; reading session transcripts; listening to the recordings; preparing very specific and detailed written feedback to the student. (4 hours preparation for each of the four submitted practice sessions: 16 total hours @$225). Questions and concerns about class content, career planning and private case issues are covered as needed and requested in the mentoring sessions. For students who want further assistance, additional coaching/mentoring sessions can be scheduled.	Total coaching/ mentoring fees: $7,875

The only additional cost is purchase of the required reading books. The cost of books will vary depending on where purchased (most are available on Amazon.) Average total cost for books is $290. The books need to be purchased per class, not all at once, over the time of completing the program—usually about two to four years. Most of the titles can be purchased used on Amazon. Refund Policy

Refunds for single, on-demand classes are not provided for two reasons:
1. The descriptions for the classes listed on the web site include very detailed, extensive information which allows the purchaser to make informed choices regarding what they are purchasing.
2. After the purchase of an on-demand class, the purchaser receives all links for the class within minutes. After these links are received the purchaser has immediate access to listen to the digital audio files and read the handouts and download all files. The product can be consumed (listened to, read and downloaded) upon receipt, with links or downloads kept for later use. On-demand classes are not returnable material products. Therefore, no refunds or exchanges can be made.

Live Classes (live teleclasses or live in-person workshops):
All payments for classes are non-refundable unless the workshop is cancelled by Teresa Wagner, in which case all deposits and payments would be refunded. Individuals who cancel their participation in a live class may offer their paid seat in a class to a friend or other party (and are free to sell their seat to this party). Original payment for that workshop seat will remain with Teresa Wagner.

Registering for a class when not enrolled in certification program

For individuals taking a class without enrollment in the program, individual class fees are paid at the time a class is purchased on demand, or at the time of registration for a live class.
